Kiriyama stable

桐山部屋

According to Japanese Wikipedia, Kiriyama stable no longer exists: it closed after the January 2011 tournament, and the Japan Sumo Association board approved the transfer to Asahiyama stable on 27 January 2011. It was founded in January 1995 by the 20th Kiriyama, whose highest rank as a wrestler was West komusubi under the shikona Kurosegawa, who branched off from the old Isegahama stable and was its only head. In July 2009 Tokusegawa was promoted to juryo, the second division, the first sekitori in the stable's history. No yokozuna or ozeki is listed for the stable on the Japanese and English Wikipedia stable pages.
