Tanigawa stable
Tanigawa stable no longer exists under this name. According to Japanese Wikipedia, it was dissolved after the July 1969 tournament, and its wrestlers returned to the main stable. The last head was Tanigawa (Yahatano Heihachiro), a former wrestler of Isegahama stable whose highest rank was juryo, the second division. An earlier phase of the stable ended in November 1945, when the head retired and the wrestlers were taken in by Isegahama stable. Zogahana Heisuke, who later became an ozeki, the second-highest rank, after moving to Takasago stable, was a member under its 4th head, Kuwagata Kuzo.
